What happens if you find damage during an inspection?
We immediately notify you with photos and a detailed description. For Premium plan members, we can coordinate with local contractors to arrange repairs on your behalf, keeping you informed every step of the way.
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. While we offer discounted rates for 6- and 12-month commitments, you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. There are no hidden fees or penalties.
Do you coordinate repairs or just report issues?
It depends on your plan. Our Essential plan covers inspections and reports. Standard includes coordinating minor maintenance. Premium provides full repair coordination with our trusted network of local contractors.
What areas in Bangkok do you cover?
We cover all major areas of Bangkok including Sukhumvit, Silom, Sathorn, Thonglor, Ekkamai, Ari, Ratchada, and surrounding districts. For properties outside central Bangkok, contact us and we'll confirm availability.
How do I receive my inspection reports?
Reports are delivered as professional PDF documents directly to your email within 24 hours of each inspection. They include photos, status checks, and any recommendations — viewable on any device.
Is there a minimum contract period?
Our shortest plan is 3 months, which is ideal for trying the service. We also offer 6-month (5% discount) and 12-month (10% discount) plans for owners who want long-term peace of mind.
